2013 FALL TACKLE SEASON REGISTRATION IS HERE

Thursday, May 16, 2013 May at Mtn. View School 5:00-6:00 pm

Friday, May 17, 2013 at Northside Park  6:30-8:30 pm

Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Northside Park 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

June 1, 2013 at the BRYA building in Greer 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Football registration fee is $140 that includes all equipment and Jersey. Parents all you need to buy is  football pants. Make it easier on yourself buy the pants with the pads already in.

You can also register by mail download the forms fill them out and send them along with a check.

BRYA Players & Coaches have finished the 2013 flag football season with some great games and spectacular plays. Flag tournaments will be starting May 17th at Northside

Please remember BRYA  now runs the concessions at Northside so all purchases help the Association. Thank you Lisa Chisam

Also, when you see Lisa Lynn tell her THANK YOU for all her hard work as BRYA’S Football Coordinator.  After flag season Lisa will be moving on. We have tried to convince her to stay. You will be missed !

Important Dates & Info:

Conditioning week will be July 22nd, all players need 10 hours of conditioning before practice can begin. Please try to make this week.

BRYA relies heavily on the support of parents and local businesses for support. Please see the link below which will take you to a printable sponsorship form and letter. Please pass this along to anyone who might be interested in being a sponsor. The BRYA strives to keep our registration fees as low as possible while still providing helmets & shoulder pads to all of our players. We are the ONLY youth association in Greenville County that provides football equipment for the players. Although this is a huge financial cost to us, we are happy to continue this tradition in order to allow all kids to play football who might not be able to afford it otherwise. BRYA also has a great a scholarship program for those players in financial need. All of this would not be possible without donations from our community and parents. We cannot thank you enough for your support and helping us continue to be one of the LargestAssociations in Greenville County.

The BRYA is looking for Board Members to serve a 2yr term with the BRYA. If you are interested in applying to be on the Board, Please contact Doug Triplett (dtriplett@vzw.blackberry.net) 864-561-0508 for an application.

We would like to encourage All of our parents to find ways to get more involved with the BRYA. As our program continues to grow we will need more volunteers. For example, this year we are taking over the concession stand at Northside Park. This is a great opportunity for us to raise money for the BRYA, but running a concession stand will require a lot of help and dedication. We will begin asking for Volunteers in August.
